Bills of Quantities
Our skilled and experienced measurement QS’s originate from a Main Contractor background. Between them, the team have over 75 of years of experience in the preparation of Bills of Quantities and Cost Plans.
We focus on delivering our services to the high quality, tight timescales and cost that our Clients demand. We work on a repeat business basis and look to develop close and long- lasting relationships with our Clients.
Estimating for Main Contractors
We predominantly work for National and Regional building contractors and Developers on projects across a broad range of sectors, ranging in value from £1 Million to £50 Million
We originate from a main contractor background and have developed a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise which enables us to provide the best true nett cost, whilst also highlighting the risk and opportunity inherent in any tender.
We help our Clients to win work which means that they come back to us on a repeat business basis.
We use Conquest Estimating and its measurement software to produce all tenders.
Cost Planning
We work closely with Project Managers, Clients and Architects to provide cost advice covering everything from fit out / refurbishment projects to reinstatement cost assessments, development/project monitoring and cost appraisals.
Estimating for Builders and Sub Contratcors
We convert building drawings using leading software. We specialise in domestic extensions, conversions, refurbishments and new dwellings.
Our estimating service takes the hassle out of pricing jobs. We will price up the work based on the drawings and information you have sent to us and produce a detailed report for you and your client.

Project Management
We pride ourselves on our Project Management experience delivering complex projects in various sectors developing the clients initial brief into a deliverable scheme at each stage of the development process.
